Each plan is built to help you move faster and operate with confidence, no matter your team size or setup. As your business evolves, your support can, too.

Why Support Tiers?

MiO is growing, and so is the way we support you. Our new support tiers are designed to give you more control, faster response times, and peace of mind as your business scales.

Starting August 1, 2025, all customers will be moved to the Standard Tier by default. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, and any 2025 support you've already paid will be credited toward your selected plan.
